DayOS ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We do not track your GPS location.

• Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Your routine and activity: Your daily plan (personal and work blocks), meetings, work tasks, weekly schedule, check-offs, focus sessions, and assistant chat and preferences you save in the app.
• Feedback: Messages you choose to send through the in-app feedback form.
• Calendar (optional): Only if you turn on calendar import, we read event titles and times on your device to show them next to your routine. We do not upload your full calendar to sell or advertise.
• Notifications (optional): Only if you allow them, reminders for your scheduled blocks, meetings, and tasks are scheduled on your device.
• Home screen widget (optional): If you enable the widget, a short summary of your current schedule may be kept on your device so the widget can update.

How we use your information

• Save and show your routine, tasks, and progress in the app.
• Keep your data in sync when you are signed in on more than one device.
• Send reminders you turn on for your schedule, meetings, and work tasks.
• Sign you in securely and keep your account working.
• Power Shivora, your in-app assistant, using your schedule on your device to offer tips, we do not send your routine to third-party AI chat services.
• Use feedback you send to help improve the app (we do not share your private messages publicly).

Where your data is stored

When you are signed in, your routine, tasks, progress, and assistant data are saved securely online and linked to your account, so you can sign back in and pick up where you left off. Only you can access your data through your account.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your saved routine, schedule, work tasks, progress, focus history, assistant chat, and feedback from our systems. This cannot be undone.

Services we rely on

We use established app store and cloud services so DayOS can run, stay updated, and back up your data when you are signed in. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

DayOS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version at the same link and update the date at the top of this page.
